Sarah offers one-on-one physical therapy at Chicago Physical Therapists located in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. Chicago Physical Therapists offers a welcoming, inclusive space, where each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
What to expect:
Personalized, one-on-one, 60-minute PT sessions providing care for orthopedic conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, perinatal care, and cancer recovery. Sarah’s trauma-informed, holistic, whole-person approach addresses both physical and emotional well-being.
Treatment may include:
Manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility, education to support understanding and management of condition, breathing and mindfulness for stress reduction and healing. Functional exercises tailored to daily activities and body mechanics training to promote safe movement.
